There will be times that we have to defend the girls but instead of making ad hominem attacks (insulting the person's looks, grammar, social status etc), we should either ignore, block the user or properly educate the user. Even if they say offensive and mean words to criticize MNL48, we should stay calm and avoid doing the same thing.

Don't say or do bad things to other fandoms. Let's learn how to respect other people or fandom. If someone said something negatively about the group or their idol did something off, Let's us all just ignore them and focus on promoting our girls and making them happy.

Please remember also that there are people who just want to troll, don't let your emotions take over. Just ignore or block the user and go back to Step 01.

Be careful of making jokes, sarcasm or memes that might be offensive to other people. We know sometimes it is just memes but please still be cautious with your jokes. Also don't ever make awful jokes like r*pe etc. 

There are jokes that shouldn't be taken seriously such as twitter stan jokes and meme formats. No need to overeact.

If someone shared his / her opinion, please don't make assumptions right away and stay calm. Always try to have a meaningful and healthy discussion about their opinion or about a certain topic.

Don't be like other people who assumes and accuse people right away without understanding the OP point or what he/she is really trying to stay. 

Always give authentic and legit sources with your replies when arguing with bashers.

If you see them outside MNL48 related events, please don't take pictures or ask for selfies or touch them.

Please respect their privacy and the rules. However there are certain events where you can hold their hands (Hand Shake Event) and mall tours/concert where you can take a picture of them.

Don't steal the pictures from fansites and claim it as your own. These fansites are doing it for free. Please respect them and what they do.

Whether they spend or not, respect everyone's effort and constructive criticism about the management. Don't forget that our top priority is making the girls happy. Pretty sure the girls will not be happy if they learned that we are not strong as one and we just keep on bickering against each other all the time. They treat us like family, so we should act like one.

Constructive criticism towards the management can help them understand what they are doing well and what they need help with or improve. However it should be done properly with perfect timing.

For example, you have an issue in regards to the MV quality, we should hype it first so that non-fans might get interested and join the fandom. Then after a few days, give your clear and specific feedback however don't make it personal. Addition to this, don't forget to give the positive aspects so that they will become more receptive to constructive criticism and provide examples and ideas for improvement.

Leaks can be harmful. It may create unnecessary hate or issues, and false expectations. Whether it is true or not, it shouldn't be released in the public.
